Grouse Talk: Tennessee

Please join the TN River Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society for an evening of speakers and presentations focused on ruffed grouse and forest management. Speakers will include Sean Barry, Conservation Director for the Southern Appalachians, Justin Ireland, TN Forest Wildlife Specialist, Michael McCord, Small Game Coordinator for TWRA, and Tim Radke, Tennessee Technological University. Presentations will cover topics including habitat efforts in Tennessee, ongoing grouse research with Tennessee Tech, and updates from TWRA. If you have questions about ruffed grouse or woodcock, are interested in learning more about forest management, or would like to get involved we encourage you to attend.

Grouse Talk: Tennessee will take place on Thursday, July, 16, 2026 at Clinch River Brewing, 2045 Norris Fwy, Norris, TN 37828.
